Property disaster recovery at multi-unit buildings is our specialty.

One of our specialties in the property damage restoration business is to serve multi-unit housing structures such as apartment buildings and condominium complexes.

The owners of our company began their restoration work back in the 1990's by specializing in work at apartment and condo buildings in Foster City, Redwood City and San Mateo.

Today, these types of jobs are among the largest that we do. There can be challenging too. It's important that response to a property damage emergency be prompt because delay will allow the water or smoke contamination to spread from resident unit to unit. This is especially important with multi-unit and multi-floor buildings. 

Working in multi-unit buildings can be a challenge because more than one insurance policy may be impacted.
