Flooded Basement Cleanup

Basements are rather rare in most parts of California, but "older" parts of many towns do have them. Over the past twenty years we have extracted water form several dozen basements and hundreds of crawlspaces. The water is always contaminated in these situations. It's usually a mixture of the nasty stuff that's found in soil and it's often mixed with sewage.

Once the standing water is removed the damaged contents are removed and hard surfaces are disinfected. After that, drying equipment is installed. 

In "open basements" the cleanup is not too difficult. In finished basements, the mitigation becomes a challenge. But we're ready for that challenge. We are able to provide demolition, dry the space and perform re-construction as needed.
