Roy Drake is the CEO of Cleanair Image Inc. DBA SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos, San Leandro and Stockton. He has been in the cleaning and restoration industry since the late 1990’s and has owned and operated his SERVPRO franchises since 2006. Roy is Master Certified in the IICRC with more than ten certifications. He leads his team of highly qualified professionals with a "Lead from wherever he's needed" attitude. You will often find Roy on the scene pitching in working alongside our technicians at a fire, mold or water loss.
Rhia serves as a General Manager. Rhia has 8-ongoing years of SERVPRO knowledge, had 5 in content evaluation before SERVPRO, and worked in Real Estate financing with her license before that. She specializes in our estimating/invoicing department. She is IICRC Certified in Fire/Smoke, Odor, and Water. She is a remarkable asset to the team!
Jose is our Operations Manager. We think of Jose as our quarterback. Jose is responsible for assigning each of our teams to the job that they are best suited for. All while managing his team. As OM he guarantees that the team that shows up on your doorstep for your job is the best team for that specific job.
Stephen is our Construction Manager. He has been leading our construction division in a great direction since starting with the company. He has been a great asset. We know we can always count on him to make get houses back to their original condition. "Like it never even happened."
Eduardo is one of our East Bay Production Managers. He is highly skilled in Water damage mitigation, controlled demolition, Asbestos abatement and many other specialty services. Eduardo is a new addition to our team and has proven himself to be an invaluable member of the team with his hard work, dedication, and passion for each job. Eduardo's empathetic nature has made him a favorite with our clients.
Peter is South Bay/Peninsula Production Manger. He has 3 years experience in the Water mitigation/restoration industry. He started off as a technician, worked his way up as a Project manager (Water mitigation) and became responsible for managing every aspect of the job from start to finish. He haas an IICRC certification in Fire and Smoke restoration and OSHA certified forklift operator. He has come in ready willing everyday. We are happy to have him on the team!
Pierre Cisneros is our Sales &Marketing Manager. He brings a great deal of customer service and sales experience to our company. Prior to joining SERVPRO, Pierre served as a successful store manager with Sprint and before that, T-Mobile.Pierre has also worked as a sales representative for a large plumbing contractor in Monterey, California. He certainly understands property disaster restoration and customer service.
Ty is our Marketing Support Coordinator. She is the administrator of all of our social media. Ty works in the community/public relations field by developing business bonds and providing educational opportunities for outside parties. She works side-by-side with the Administration and Production team as well as our customer service field.
Mercedes works as our Production Coordinator, she works side-by-side with our Production Managers to coordinate all job appointments in a timely and accurate manner. Also, routing all techs to designated locations and project sites.
Reyes is one of our most valued Mold, Water and Demo technicians. He also is our newest Estimator working in our invoicing and estimating department. Day or night Reyes has a smile on his face and never says no. He is been apart go the SERVPRO family for 2 years and has proven himself to be an invaluable member of the team.
Javier (Javi) is currently working in our estimating and invoicing department. As a past member of the Mold, Water and Demo team he has worked some of our most challenging jobs. He travels regularly with our large loss team, and there is not an environment that you can put him in where he won't excel.
Yahaira is our Accounts/Receivable Clerk, specializing as our collections coordinator. She delegates all collections and ensures payments are being made on time. Monitoring all job invoices and keeping QuickBooks intact.
Leah is our Administrative Assistant I, in her role she specializes in our customer service field. Containing excellent customer service characteristics when providing the proper steps to begin our restoration process. She is fundamental in all fields, being of assistance to SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos.
Maggie is the Office Administrator. Maggie has previous restoration experience. She came in with lots of knowledge and great customer service skills. She is a great asset to the team and a perfect piece to our puzzle.
