About 20 minutes away from Redwood City, nestled amongst the comfortable rural farms near the coast, lies an unexpected and exciting yoga opportunity. A trip out to Lemos Farm can find you a relaxing class from an experienced instructor, with a few helping hooves. While concentrating on your movements, you may find yourself interrupted by the gentle licks and nibbles of tiny, curious goats. The sessions are quirky and fun, and people end up loving every minute.
